Welcome to the resources section for Mental Health Practitioners
If you are a mental health practitioner and you are interested in cognitive behavioural approaches to psychological interventions, then the resources provided in these sections may be useful in the delivery of mental health services to consumers. It is beneficial to have some background knowledge of cognitive behavioural therapy before using the manuals, information sheets or worksheets so that you are best able to use them in practice. CCI provides relevant training for mental health professionals, so please see the training calendar for updates on training dates.

If you have not been trained in delivering health services or are unsure about the use of these resources, then we strongly encourage you to consult with a mental health professional who can provide some further information about the cognitive behavioural approach. Therapist Manuals
This section provides various therapist manuals which mental health practitioners may find useful as a guide for conducting therapy with different client groups, for example, using cognitive-behavioural therapy for psychotic symptoms, or social skills training for severe mental disorders. The therapist manuals provide session outlines and suggested activities as well as relevant worksheets and handouts. CCI provides relevant training for mental health professionals, many of which focus on the manuals provided here. Please see the training calendar for updates on training dates.

Brief Information and Worksheets
This section provides brief information sheets and worksheets that mental health practitioners may find useful for use with clients. The information sheets are short (1 or 2 page) PDF documents that provide an outline of topics symptoms and strategies relating to each area listed below.
