Tracey McAteer Recognised as Employee of the Season

We’re thrilled to share that Tracey McAteer, CCI’s incredible secretary, has been recognised as the North Metropolitan Health Service’s Employee of the Season for the Noongar season of Kambarang.

Tracey is an essential part of our team and is known for her reliability, perceptiveness, and unwavering support for both staff and consumers. Her calm and compassionate presence makes a meaningful difference every day, and her commitment to going above and beyond has long been appreciated by everyone at CCI.

Upon receiving the award, Tracey shared her humble perspective with the team:

“I love you all, and I love our clients. I don’t feel as if I do anything out of the ordinary when I come to work each day.”
